Sustainability

Sustainability

Sustainable packaging refers to the sourcing, development and use of packaging solutions that have minimal environmental impact and carbon footprint.

Our product ranges have been created with sustainability at its core – mainly made from agricultural or non-food crops and agricultural wastes.

Bio based materials forming the fundametal content base with very limited plastic, can now become a viable subsitute for plastic containers in the catering take-out and other industries.

Cornstarch

Starch is mainly extracted from corn, which is a natural material, through fermentation and other microbial process to produce this bio environmental protection material. Compared with plastic containers, this bioplastic is much more environmental-friendly and has low carbon emission in the manufacturing and treatment processes.

Sugarcane

Sugarcane bamboo pulp, the bagasse, is a cane sugar production by-product. Once the sugarcane's juice is squeezed out, the tough fibrous pulp remains and is frequently discarded. We reclaim it and use it to manufacture into many types of food/other packaging.

Recycled Paper

The manufacturing process involves turning the reclaimed paper fibre into a new product. The recycled paper undergoes a process of transformation which involves mashing it into a pulp, filtering out contaminants and extracting the fibre, leaving us with our recycled raw material.
